BBQ Potluck Sign-Up Sheet
Enter guests and menu. We split the shopping list into fair slots you share as one link: no account, no emails.
No sign-up and nothing stored on our server: the whole sheet lives in the link. When someone claims a slot, the link changes, so they send the new link back to the group.
Example: 20 guests, burgers and hot dogs
The host brings the meat, charcoal and plates ($84). Guests cover 15 slots worth $159. Fair share if you split the money: $12.16 per guest.

How we calculate
- The list is our shopping list for the guests and menu, in store packs.
- Whatever the host brings comes off the list. Everything else splits into slots of about $25 or 5 lb, never smaller than one store pack, so nobody is stuck with a huge bill or a half-open package.
- The fair share is the whole party cost divided by guests, for groups that prefer to split money instead of food.

FAQ
How does the potluck sign-up work without an account?
The sheet is stored in the link itself. Share it in your group chat; each person adds their name to a slot and sends the updated link back.
How do I split BBQ food fairly?
The host usually brings the meat and runs the grill. The rest is split into slots of about $25 each, so every guest brings a similar share.
What should guests bring to a BBQ?
Sides, buns, chips, condiments, drinks, ice and dessert. The sheet sizes each slot for your guest count.
Can I print a sign-up sheet?
Yes. Print the sheet for a church or office notice board; the name column is left blank to fill in by hand.
